DIET FOR SLIMMING


Serious about slimming?
Dieting is only a part of your slimming program
First make up your mind to fulfill your goal
Be determined to stick to that goal
Be active 
As far as dieting is concerned, it is simply a matter of SUBSTITUTION of one food for another, so there is no need to go starving !!
Snacks:  boiled pulses like channa - yes instead of samosas, bajjis etc..
Breakfast: some eat oats with milk and sugar, better choice is to season it, and eat along with a few chopped vegetables and onions like masala oats.  can make it at home easily
